Two more images from the Disney Concert Hall. The top one came out pretty well in black and white, I think.

Looking at buildings like this very carefully, you can see that the building itself is still just a basic box. Square or rectangular, with some rectangular extensions here and there. The odd shapes are all just facade glued onto the box; they don't actually have much in them. Like the giant upward thrusting phallic thing there at the top. There are no doors, no windows, nothing there. The chances there is any usable space inside is almost nil.

I liked walking around this building. The inside is kind of weird too. You really have to read the signs to find the proper door.

As with most new buildings downtown, the parking is below ground, under the building. Strangely, the parking is open during the day when the place is empty, and they charge an arm and a leg for it, too.
