Taken from the Surf and Sand hotel in Laguna Beach. It's right on the water (and costs a bundle, not going back for that reason).

It was lovely there. A little cold. But the sun glowed red as it descended, and I raised my glass to it and took a picture.

(Actually, true to form I took about 20 pictures of the wine in front of the sunset and this was the best one, but that doesn't sound nearly as romantic).
