Covid-19 and self isolation. Social repression and household imprisonment. My mind was in meltdown and I needed to get out. Feel the sunshine. Walk. So I broke out my camera and went to the park. I took two lenses, my macro for closeups and a telephoto. Spring had sprung, definitively! Plants were green, flowers everywhere and beeeeeees. Lots of bees. So rather than use my macro for close ups, I used the telephoto to get closer to the flowers. Because of bees. I'd taken a dozen or more shots and had walked the edge of the park and was heading back to the car when a butterfly decided to land right in front of me. A tiny little squeaky voice said, "take me, take me, take a picture of me!" The camera was grabbed and quickly focused, and the picture above was snapped. As the butterfly few off I heard "thank you...."
